Año backs MILG: “Cotabato City is now officially part of BARMM”
Secretary of Interior and Local Government (SILG) Eduardo Año told the press Tuesday that Cotabato City is now officially under the supervision of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
The Committee on Finance, Budget and Management of the MBHTE budget has been approved, subject to amendments
The Committee on Finance, Budget and Management of the Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education’s (MBHTE) budget has been approved, subject to amendments, where Minister Iqbal and personnel from the MBHTE elaborated on the current programs of the Ministry for learners and teachers, including the provision of scholarships and financial assistance. The Ministry’s sports program, feeding program, and plans for the Madrasahs, Private Schools, and for hiring were also discussed.
DILG turns over Cotabato City and 63 North Cotabato barangays to the BARMM
BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT CENTER – A year after the ratification of the Bangsamoro Organic Law or the BOL, Cotabato City and the 63 barangays that voted YES to inclusion in the BARMM during the 2019 plebiscite, have been officially turned over to the Bangsamoro Regional Government on December 15, 2020.
