In Mindanao, there were six areas that were placed under alert levels 2 (Davao de Oro, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental), 3 (Davao City and Davao del Norte), and 4 (Davao Occidental).
None of the Mindanao pilot areas were placed under Alert Levels 1 and 5.
The pilot for the alert systems is effective Oct. 20 to 31.
