The staffs of MP Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph; Atty. Abduljabbar B. Guro, Dr. Laarnie B. Racman, Jamael B. Sarip, and Alyssa D. Sharief who are performing supervisory functions have successfully completed the Supervisory Development Track (SDC) III facilitated by the Civil Service Commission on September 14, 2021.
The training is a week-long activity which involves lectures by CSC officials on the principles of supervision as well as practical exercises and tips on how to apply the principles.
Among others, the participants understood how to properly handle meetings and solve problems using science or techniques proven to lead to coming up with better solutions.
During the graduation, they were made to read their respective commitments and action plans which included the things they will stop doing, start doing, and continue doing. They pledged to apply all that they have learned during the training.
The staffs are very grateful to MP Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph for giving them the opportunity to participate in the training as it will not only enhance their supervisory skills but will also constitute as training hours that will be added in their qualifications for employment.
