October 4-7, 2021 | The Office of MP Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph attended and participated in the 3rd Batch Gender and Development Training Workshop of GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) in the interest of strengthening every GAD Focal Person of Bangsamoro Transition Authority conducted by the BTA GAD Office through Shalini Balindong.
During the session, among the highlighted topics are the Introduction of Gender as a source of Social Differentiation, Barriers, and Predicaments that affected Women in her lifetime, Breaking Barrier by using Gender-sensitive and Avoiding Sexiest Language, VAWC including Anti Trafficking and its Effects on Women and children Reproductive Health, Historical Perspective of Gendering Process, Salient features of Reproductive Health, RH Law and Magna Carta of Women and other Imperative Laws that protecting Women and Children.
