November 10, 2021| Staffs of MP Atty. Maisara monitored the implementation of Siyap ko mga Bae: A Training on Sustainable Livelihood Development Program held at PCMDC – Provincial/City Manpower Development Center.
This is a partnership program of the Office of Member of Parliament Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph, BTA GAD Office, MBHTE-TESD, and Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD).
Participants are (50) Women from Papandayan Caniogan, Dumpsite Area, Marawi City. They are categorized into two different skills training such as (25) women trainees for Dressmaking, and (25) women trainees for Bread and Pastry Production.
This program aims to help women participants achieve financial independence and security. This aims to equip them necessary skills and provide resources for their start-up.
“Our Office is continuing towards promoting interventions intended to uplift the marginalize and the less privilege of the society especially here in Lanao del Sur and Marawi City. Our approach is towards Sustainable Economic and Social Empowerment of the target partners/beneficiaries.”, said by MP Maisara
“The training for dressmaking and Bread and Pastry Production are for us to have a living to break the cycle of poverty and build a better life through livelihood training program.”, she added
The office of MP Maisara will continue extending help for Bangsamoro women.
