SCHOLARSHIP 📣
Here’s the requirements for DBP RISE SCHOLARSHIP in MSU Marawi:
1. Duly signed and accomplished application form,
2. Letter of Intent expressing willingness to abide with the DBP RISE policies and guidelines,
3. Recommendation letter from Senior High School Principal that the applicant belongs to the upper 20 percent who graduated in the school,
4. Recommendation from the Department Chairman,
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character from DSA,
6. Photocopy of SASE or CET result,
7. Photocopy of K12 Grade Card,
8. 1st Sem 2020-2021 Grade Card with no Failed, INC or Dropped and a CGPA not below 2.0,
9. 2nd Sem 2020-2021 COR with at least a load of 18 units,
10. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate,
11. Latest ITR of Parents if OFW or government employee,
12. Attach 4Ps ID and Case Study from DSWD if parents are 4Ps Beneficiary,
13. If does not belong to 11 and 12, submit the ff.:
a. Brgy Cert of Indigency with Brgy seal
B. Brgy Cert of Parent’s low income
C. PAO affidavit of low income or unemployment
D. PAO Affidavit of Parent’s No Job signed by parents
14. Colored 2pcs 2×2 ID picture (not wearing head cap or eyeglasses)
Submit hardcopy and soft copy requirements on or before July 9, 2021 at the Scholarship Center, 2nd floor, Sen. Domocao Alonto, Sr. Hall.
