The Office of MP Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph and the Ministry of Public Works successfully conducted an ocular visit at Tugaya Central Elementary School in Tugay, Lanao del Sur on July 12, 2022.
The school Principal, Sumandar, and MPW Engineer, Pagador, are both present at the Ocular Site Visit.
The ocular visit aims to further discuss and plan for the children’s playground project to be implemented in the said school.
This project is under the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) of the Office of MP Maisara Dandamun-Latiph, funded by the Bangsamoro Government, and to be implemented by the Ministry of Public Works (MPW).
According to the representative of MPW, the said project is slated to start in August.
The construction of a children’s playground will provide access to quality outdoor spaces as places for refuge, respite, and physical activity. It will help to instill a sense of community and help promote diversity, inclusion, and overall social development.
