Twenty-five (25) traditional asatids from the municipalities of Bayang, Butig, Tugaya, and Marogong, Lanao del Sur received financial assistance from Member of Parliament Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph on July 22 and 24, 2022.
Each qualified applicant received cash assistance of P5,000.
This is the office of MP Maisara’s significant contribution to building a culture of peace in Lanao through strengthening Islamic education and empowering the Asatids to bring our Muslim schoolchildren an education that is culturally sensitive, Islamic-friendly, and will give them equal work opportunities.
