November 22, 2021| Member of Parliament Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph attended the Provincial Provincial Public Consultation (Cluster 2-Cotabato City, Maguindanao, and Special Geographic Areas) for the Formulation of Bangsamoro Labor Code.
This was held at Grand Pagana Hall, Pagana Kutawatu Corporations.
Participants are various sectors including workers, management, business, academe, legal and labor law experts.
This activity aims to ensure equal opportunity of both the labor and management sectors and to seek the the participation of the legal and labor law experts as well as other stakeholders to hear and comment on the MOLE-BARMM’s draft BLC and make proposals for the enhancement of the said draft.
“It is you, your views and perspectives as experts and persons with experience as worker, as employer, or as a member of legal community who can enrich our laws, you being in the frontlines living the situation which these laws tries to address.”, said by MP Atty. Maisara
