MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph works as a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in the Philippines. Together with a young team, she conducts consultations, outreach services, and research to aid and inform their legislative work.
She believes in making spaces and empowering the voices of the vulnerable sectors in the local community such as women, children, youth, IDPs in Marawi and the environment as one of the keys to building a just and humane Bangsamoro Society. She actively advocates, lobby and drafts bills and resolutions on the vulnerable sectors, education, Marawi Rehabilitation, creation of Ranao Development Authority, and creation of an office for Bangsamoro Communities outside BARMM.
MP Maisara works as a legislator for the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA).
She cares about women, children, youth, environment, social enterprise, education, IDPs in Marawi, Bangsamoro Communities Outside BARMM, and Madrasa.
