The staffs performing supervisory functions of the office of MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph has successfully completed the Supervisory Development Course (SDC) Track 1 conducted by the Civil Service Commission. The course aims to develop the supervisory skills and competencies of government personnel by training them through series of lectures and activities. The training was held at Pagana Convention Hall, Cotabato City on March 8-12, 2021.
The 5-day SDC Track 1 Training began with a combination of group and individual activities to master the “Pitong Hakbang” and followed by discussion on Enhancing Personal Effectiveness discussed by CSC Regional Director, Dominador Gonzales Jr.
Mr. Zhulfikar Rauf Candao, Ms. Charina Guevarra, Mr. Mudjahideen Lauban, CPA and Atty. Muktadir Estrella of the Civil Service Commission-BARMM imparted their knowledge and techniques on how to be a good Supervisor on the (59) Participants from the various government agencies.
The participants were grouped into (4) – Kampilan, Sarimanok, 13 Stars and Team Bang.
According to the CSC Facilitators, the batch is one of the most enthusiastic, competitive and participative government employees they have trained, sharing insights at every stage of the discussion and giving their best in every activity.
All the participants are looking forward for the SDC 2 which shall soon be organized to further develop the supervisors.
