☑️59 members of the Parliament responded to the call. 20 attended physically, and 39 attended via virtual zoom.

☑️The Plenary has tackled five (5) resolutions and four (4) bills.

☑️The following resolutions have been approved and adopted by the members of parliament:

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 562, entitled: RESOLUTION URGING THE PHILIPPINE CONGRESS-BANGSAMORO PARLIAMENT FORUM TO CONSIDER STRENGTHENING ITS MECHANISM FOR EFFECTIVE COOPERATION AND COORDINATION OF LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES AS PROVIDED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11054

The Principal Author, MP Rasol Y. Mitmug, Jr. delivered his Sponsorship Speech in support of the resolution.

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 566, entitled: RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE HONORS AND DISTINCTIONS RECEIVED BY DR. NASSEF MANABILANG ADIONG AS AN INSPIRATION FOR THE ENTIRE BANGSAMORO YOUNG POPULACE

The Principal Author, Baintan A. Ampatuan delivered her Sponsorship Speech in support of the resolution.

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 567, entitled: A RESOLUTION URGING THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT TO INCLUDE IN THE 2022 BANGSAMORO EXPENDITURES PROGRAM THE ESTABLISHMENT AND/OR UPGRADING OF HOSPITALS IN EACH PROVINCE AND THE SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREAS OF THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 560, entitled: RESOLUTION CALLING THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DAY (GOTD) TO CONSIDER ADDITIONAL RESOURCES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN RURAL BARANGAYS/ SITIOS IN BARMM has been duly referred to the Committee on Public Works.

▶️BTA-Parliament Bill No. 157, entitled: AN ACT ORDAINING THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO (BARMM), ESTABLISHING FOR THE PURPOSE THE BANGSAMORO RESILIENT, INCLUSIVE SOCIAL ENTERPRISES (RISE) FOR PEACE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, PROVIDING INCENTIVES, BENEFITS AND APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR

▶️BTA-Parliament Bill No. 158, entitled: A BILL CREATING THE BANGSAMORO REGIONAL ACADEMY, REPEALING MUSLIM MIDANANAO AUTONOMY ACT NO. 164, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REGIONAL MADRASAH GRADUATE EDUCATION ACT OF 2003, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFORE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

▶️BTA-Cabinet Bill No. 159, entitled: AN ACT EXTENDING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF THE BANGSAMORO TO DECEMBER 31, 2022, EXCEPT PERSONNEL SERVICES, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION 47 OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF THE BANGSAMORO FOR YEARS 2020 AND 2021

☑️ The following bill has been approved on the second reading and referred to the appropriate Committee:

▶️BTA-Parliament Bill No. 158, entitled: A BILL CREATING THE BANGSAMORO REGIONAL ACADEMY, REPEALING MUSLIM MIDANANAO AUTONOMY ACT NO. 164, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REGIONAL MADRASAH GRADUATE EDUCATION ACT OF 2003, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFORE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES has been duly referred to the Committee on Basic, Higher, and Technical Education.
