☑️There are 67 members of the Parliament responded to the call. 21 attended physically, and 46 attended via virtual zoom.

☑️The Plenary have tackled five (5) resolutions and four (4) bills.

☑️The following resolutions have been approved and adopted by the members of parliament:

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 547, entitled: A RESOLUTION URGING ALL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND PRIVATE SECTORS WITHIN THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO TO FOSTER NON-DISCRIMINATION IN LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, PROCUREMENT AND LEASE OF REAL ESTATE ON ACCOUT OF RELIGION, INCLUDING THE HIRING OF QUALIFIED APPLICANTS

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 554, entitled: RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MINISTRIES AND OFFICES OF THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT TO FORMULATE AND IMPLEMENT THEIR RESPECTIVE CAREER AND HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PLANS TOWARDS BUILDING AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT BANGSAMORO BUREAUCRACY

☑️The following resolutions are similar in content and the Parliament have decided to consolidate and approve:

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 557, entitled: A RESOLUTION EXTENDING HEARTFELT SYMPATHY FOR THE PASSING OF ATTY. DIDAGEN PIANG DILANGALEN AND COMMENDING AND HONORING HIS VALUABLE CONTRIBUTIONS AS FORMER CONGRESSMAN OF THE 1ST DISTRICT OF MAGUINDANAO AND COTABATO CITY

▶️Proposed Resolution No. 559, entitled: RESOLUTION EXPRESSING PROFOUND SYMPATHY AND SINCERE CONDOLENCES OF THE BANGSAMORO TRANSITION AUTHORITY PARLIAMENT ON THE DEMISE OF THE HONORABLE DIDAGEN “DIGS” P. DILANGALEN, FORMER REPRESENTATIVE OF THE 1ST DISTRICT OF MAGUINDANAO WITH COTABATO CITY, HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER, AND PUBLIC SERVANT

☑️Proposed Resolution No. 551, entitled: RESOLUTION URGING MBHTE AND BSC TO DEVELOP TRAINING PROGRAM FOR MAJOR AND MINOR EVENT COACHES AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PE) TEACHERS TO INTENSIFY THEIR KNOWLEDGE ON TRAINING THEIR ATHLETES IN THEIR RESPECTIVE SPORTS has been duly referred to the Committee on Basic, Higher, and Technical Education.

☑️ The following bills have been approved on the first reading:

▶️BTA-Parliament Bill No. 148, entitled: AN ACT UPGRADING THE EXISTING SOUTH UPI MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN MAGUINDANAO FROM TEN (10) INTO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BED CAPACITY AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”

▶️BTA -Parliament Bill No. 152, entitled: AN ACT ESTABLISHING DRUG ABUSE TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION CENTERS IN THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

▶️BTA -Parliament Bill No. 153, entitled: AN ACT STRENGTHENING DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT IN THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION, THEREBY CREATING THE MINISTRY OF DISASTER RESILIENCE, ESTABLISHING ITS POWERS AND JURISDICTIONS, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

▶️BTA-Cabinet Bill No. 155, entitled: AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT FROM JANUARY ONE TO DECEMBER THIRTY-ONE, TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY-TWO, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
