“Katagumpya go Kalilintad para ko Kalumbayan o Balindong” or “Youth for Peace and Development” increased peace awareness and thus the prevention of violent extremism through participation in leadership activities of ewatone youths from various sectors of Balindong, particularly from remote areas.
During the implementation, the group accomplished Complete attendance of resource speakers Reach the target participants, enlightened and empowered the youth that came from across the nine (9) barangays of Balindong, invited returnees of violent/extremist groups to the event, inspired and motivated young people to participate in peacebuilding and leadership Compliments from the participants, resource speakers, and from the LGU and Achieve the objectives of this project.
