Declaration of Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine (Key Points) as per the Executive Order of the Office of the President. (effective March 17, 2020 at 12:01 am)

1. Everyone is now subjected to HOME QUARANTINE. The general rule is to STAY AT HOME. Only one person are allowed from each family to go outside to buy necessities (like food).
2. Classes at all levels in Luzon shall be suspended until April 14, 2020.
3. Mass gatherings shall be prohibited.
4. Mass public transport shall be suspended. TAXIS (inc. Grab & Angkas) LRT, MRT AND BUSES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Private vehicles will be allowed as long they are subjected to the exemptions mentioned.
5. Travel Ban in and out of Luzon after 72 hours upon implementation.
6. A strict home quarantine shall be implemented among each household. There will be heightened presence of uniformed personnel to enforce quarantine procedure on each community.
7. Restaurants can only accept take-home and delivery services. Dine in is strictly prohibited.
8. Banks, groceries, supermarkets, pharmacies, pawn shops, hardwares, and wet markets will remain open.
9. Common religious congregations are strongly discouraged.
10. Students on OJT are no longer required to report.
11. Needless loitering in the streets at any time of the day will be denied.
12. Public playgrounds, basketball courts, beaches, and public parks will be closed.
13. Public utility offices, Bayad centers, and related financial services will remain open. ‘Tiangges’, open dry good markets, side walk vending, will be closed.
