▶️PR No. 465, entitled: A RESOLUTION CALLING THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF MINISTER, TO IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 32, ARTICLE XIII OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11054 TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ISLAMIC BANKING AND FINANCE SYSTEM IN THE PHILIPPINES has been referred to the Committee on Finance, Budget, and Management.
▶️PR No. 466, entitled: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT FOR THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF THE BANGSAMORO EMERGENCY HOTLINE NUMBER FOR PURPOSES OF IMMEDIATE AND QUICK RESPONSE OR RESCUE TO EVERY COMMUNITIES AND RESIDENTS OF THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO has been referred to the Committee on Rules.
✔️MP Maisara Dandamun-Latiph manifested that BARMM Region is the only region that has no hotline number. Therefore, for safety purposes, Parliament should fast track the approval of this resolution in the Committee on Rules.
▶️PR No. 467, entitled: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BANGSAMORO TRANSITION AUTHORITY PARLIAMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAKAFUL OR ISLAMIC FINANCING INSURANCE IN EVERY COMMERCIAL BANKS AND OTHER LENDING COMPANIES WITHIN BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO has been referred to the Committee on Finance, Budget, and Management.
▶️PR No. 468, entitled: A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT TO RECOGNIZE AND ALLOW ONE (1) REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE ASSOCIATIONS OF MADARIS, MA’AHAD, MARKADZ, AND KULLIYAH IN THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO (BARMM) TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DELIBERATIONS OF THE APPROPRIATE BANGSAMORO MINISTRIES, AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ON MATTERS DEALING WITH ISLAMIC EDUCATION has been referred to the Committee on Rules and shall be calendared on the next session.
☑️PR No. 469, entitled: A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO INITIATE THE FORMULATION OF THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) OF MMA ACT NO. 317, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE BANGSAMORO PUBLIC CEMETERY ACT OF 2014 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES has been treated as simple resolution and consequently transferred to the business of the day. During the period of interpellation and debate, the deliberation was deferred until copies of MMA Act 317 have been distributed to the members of the parliament.
