Highlights:

☑️Four (4) proposed resolutions filed by MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph concerning social enterprises, madaris education, orphanages, out-of-school youths were referred to appropriate committees. One (1) bill known as BTA-Parliament Bill No. 71 concerning the establishment of the Bangsamoro orphanages in the region which was also filed by MP Latiph has been considered for first reading;

☑️MP Ubaida Pacasem delivered his sponsorship speech for the BTA Cabinet Bill No. 76 to the august body in relation to the Bangsamoro Appropriations and was referred to the Committee on Finance, Budget and Management;

☑️MP Eddie Alih also delivered his sponsorship speech on the Proposed Resolution No. 288 conerning the recognition of the top ranked Bangsamoro Qur’an reciters;☑️MP Ziaur-Rahman Adiong, co-author of the Proposed Resolution No. 288, lead to defend it in the period of interpellation and debate as well as the period of amendments. Some MPs shared their queries, manifestations, and proposed amendments including MP Baintan Ampatua, MP Ali Sangki, MP Paisalin Tago, which were approved;

☑️The Proposed Resolution No. 305 and Proposed Resolution No. 310 concerning the expression profound gratitude to the city government of Cagayan de Oro City and San Juan in responding to the needs of Bangsamoro LSIs and ROFs was approved;

☑️The Proposed Resolution No. 264 was opened for the period of interpellation. This is about the formulation of a guideline for the submission of secretariat’s semestral and annual reports. Some MPs raised their questions including MP Nabil Tan, MP Jose Lorena, MP Paisalin Tago. The same was deferred for further deliberation and conversation with the parliament speaker.
