BANGSAMORO PEOPLE CALLS FOR BTA EXTENSION THRU PEACE CARAVAN

Residents of Cotabato City, Maguindanao, and North Cotabato joined the Bangsamoro Peace Caravan today, March 18, to express support in the call to certify the bills, seeking for the extension of Bangsamoro Transition period from 2022 to 2025, as urgent.

The said activity was initiated by Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), in collaboration with other partner organizations.

The Peace Caravan started in Brgy. Bubong, Cotabato City traversing the national highways of Datu Odin Sinsuat, Guindulungan, Shariff Aguak, Esperanza, Isulan, Tacurong City, Buluan, Datu Paglas, M’lang, Matalam, Kabacan, Datu Montawal, Pikit, Aleosan, Midsayap, Pigcawayan, and back to Cotabato City.
