The staffs performing supervisory functions of the office of MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph has successfully completed the Supervisory Development Course (SDC) Track II conducted by the Civil Service Commission.
The course aims to develop the supervisory skills and competencies of government personnel by training them through series of lectures and activities.The training was held at Paragon Hotel, Cotabato City on May 24-28, 2021.
Civil Service Commission – BARMM Director II Dominador E. Gonzales, Jr., Atty. Mohammad Muktadir A. Estrella, Ian Philip P. Zurita, Rhodora T. Caliso, and Mudjahideen Lauban, CPA helped instill essential values in the 30 participants from various government agencies, especially on leadership, communication and listening, giving orientation, and performance management.
The participants were grouped into (4) – Warriors, Kalilintad, Kalasag and Triad.
According to the CSC Facilitators, the batch is one of the most enthusiastic, competitive and participative government employees they have trained, sharing insights at every stage of the discussion and giving their best in every activity.
All the participants are looking forward for the SDC III which shall soon be organized to further develop the supervisors.
