On July 30, 2022, around three hundred and sixty-one (361) students, orphans, solo parents, and people with disabilities recipients received financial assistance from a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament, Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph.
Beneficiaries are from the different municipalities in Lanao del Sur, including Maranato, Wato-Balindong, Poona Bayabao, Marawi City, and others.
The aforementioned distribution was carried out as part of the 2020 Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) Projects, which were funded by the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Government, led by Chief Minister Al Hajj Ebrahim Murad, in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD).
She added
One of the recipients said in an interview that “Bilang isang ina na mag-isa lang na binubuhay ang mga anak, napaka laking tulong nito saakin lalo na na magpapasukan na, atleast may pambili ako ng kanilang gagamitin sa school at dagdag puhunan na rin”
Beneficiaries of the Bangsamoro Sagip Kabujayan recieved PHP 15,000, Angat Bangsamoro: Kabataan Tungo sa Kaunlaran received PHP 1,000 for elementary pupils and PHP 10,000 for college students. PHP 5,000 were also given to orphans and single parents, and PHP 20,000 were given to people with disabilities.
The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officers, together with volunteers, assisted the said payout.
