“…The failure of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority to pass a priority legislation that will protect and preserve our natural resources will be tantamount to committing a grave injustice to the Bangsamoro People. Because after all, we own Lake Lanao under the concept of a Calipha. This concept is enshrined in our religion; thus, failure to protect and conserve our Lake will be tantamount to committing a very grave injustice. Of course, we are mindful of the fact that there might be some duplication in the functions and responsibilities of some government agencies.
