June 22, 2022I The office of MP Atty. Maisarah Dandamun-Latiph gave financial assistance amounting of Php 5,000 each to thirty (30) Hajj Pilgrims stranded due to lack of Hajj Visa for 2022.
The financial assistance was held in Riviera Mansion Hotel in 1638 Mabini St. Malate where the Hujjaj are currently billeted.
398 pilgrims were reported affected and stranded at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, on the day of their scheduled flight.
One of the recipients extended their gratitude and said that they were thankful to receive the financial assistance from the office of MP Maisarah Dandamun-Latiph.
This is seventh financial assistance rendered by the Office under the SIYAP KO PAGTAO program for BCOBARMM constituents ( Care for People Program) since February 2020.
In sha’a Allah, may every Muslims who will be performing this year’s Hajj will be smooth for them to perform the rituals successfully and may they get back into their respective country safe, Ameen.
