March 31, 2022| The office of MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph has provided financial assistance amounting to P5000 to seven (7) vulnerable individuals at Barangay Hall at Maharlika Village, Taguig City.
This is a Pre-Ramadhan program of the office under the Tabang Program for Bangsamoro Community Outside BARMM entitled “SIYAP KO VULNERABLE”.
The beneficiaries are persons who were formerly deprived of liberty for 9 years at the BJMP Bicutan. They requested financial assistance so that they can be reunited with their families in the island provinces of Basilan and Sulu before the start of Ramadhan.
Prophet Muhammad (saw) said, “Every act of kindness is a sadaqah (charity)”, even a smile is considered a sadaqah for it lightens up the mood of a person. The goal is the same with this project, and this is to help the recipients of this project to start a new beginning for a better life ahead in their future.
This project is to inspire everyone as well who has the means and is capable to help everyone in need.
