Our elders require attention, and the government must show compassion. Despite their advanced age, the majority of our seniors still desire education in some manner. They should not be discriminated against in our programming in terms of developing their abilities, particularly learning new things. Many elderly people in Tugaya, both men and women, are still keen to learn Arabic because it is useful in their daily life.
Meanwhile, in Tugaya, there are many Arabic teachers who are currently volunteering to educate our elderly how to read and understand Arabic. However, because nomadic learning is constantly based on the availability of the teachers, it is not structured and takes place on an irregular basis. It has been done three times a month or once a month at times, and in numerous locations, making learning difficult.
In response to this, The office of MP Atty. Maisara Latiph conducted a forum to pilot the Siyap ko mga lokus: elders continuing education, this aims To educate elders learners in Tugaya to read Arabic language; To hire at least three (3) teachers, as job order, for a minimal fee to teach Arabic language; The teachers and the elders shall have a conducive regular schedule of teaching as well as conducive regular place of teachings; To monitor the learning of the elders; and To consult and gather data from the elders on the educational needs in aid of legislation.

One of the most effective kinds of charity giving is the development of a mosque. After migrating from Makkah to Madinah, the Prophet (PBUH) built a mosque as one of his first acts. The Prophet (PBUH) is quoted in various Hadiths as stating: βWhoever builds a masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.β By donating, you will not only be providing a place of worship, but you will also be building the groundwork for your own spiritual blessings in this life and the next.
A Masjid located in Pawak, Saguiaran in the province of Lanao del Sur was blessed to have a new set of sound system on 7th March of the current year.
A set of this sound system costs P18,885. It includes two speakers, an amplifier, a speaker wire, a microphone with standee, and extension wire.
This program is part of the initiatives of such member of parliament to bring to the people the various programs and services available to the Bangsamoro government.

Parliament Bill No. 32 or the Ranao Development Authority Act aims to establish an independent regulatory body called Ranao Development Authority.
Under the proposed measure, RDA will be the primary government agency responsible for coordinating, planning, managing, and implementing the development programs and resource utilization of inland waters covered by the Ranao region.
The Ranao region, as defined by the Ranao Development Authority Act, includes Lake Lanao, its shoreland, and all other lakes in Lanao del Sur, as well as its cities, towns, and municipalities.
The RDA’s powers and functions include conducting a comprehensive survey of Lake Lanao’s physical, natural resources, potentialities, and projected ecological risks; conducting various research and studies on fisheries and aquatic, waste and water quality, sedimentation, and any natural resource management of Lake Lanao; issuing necessary permits or licenses, collecting fees for the use of lake waters; and establishing the lake water elevation system.
A thorough master plan will be created that outlines how the lake will be maintained, conserved, developed, and used.
