- Q: In Sec. 5. Composition – Where is the representation of Lamitan and Marawi City?

- Q: In Sec. 8. Disqualification – What is the wisdom of putting disqualifications and at the same time prohibitions?
- A: The wisdom here is that national law can also be read into this provision meaning there is no harm putting it there, this is a reiteration of the principles in our Civil Service provisions, laws and regulations. As a civil servant, a reiteration is a reinforcement.
- Q: In Sec. 11. No. 5 – What is the wisdom behind this, “Preparing the Bangsamoro Sports and Development Plan with the participation of relevant ministries, agencies, offices and other stakeholders.”
- A: The wisdom of this is we want to have holistic, integrated Bangsamoro Sports Development Plan and the only way to do this is if you allow the participation of the ministries, agencies and other stakeholders. We could have a more holistic and more accurate picture of Sports should look like in the Bangsamoro more people are involved.
