The Bangsamoro Parliament on Wednesday adopted a resolution urging the Ministry of Finance, Budget, and Management to include the establishment and upgrading of hospitals in the 2022 Bangsamoro Expenditures program.
They also passed a resolution commending the “honors and distinctions” received by the head of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority’s Policy Research and Legal Services Dr. Nassef Adiong, who was recently conferred with the ‘UP Scientist’ title under the highest rank of Scientist III of the University of the Philippines Scientific Productivity System.
A resolution urging the Philippine Congress-Bangsamoro Parliament Forum to strengthen its mechanism and oversee the implementation of the Bangsamoro Organic Law was also adopted.
BARMM’s Education Minister Mohagher Iqbal delivered his sponsorship speech on the proposed Parliament Bill 158, which seeks to create the Bangsamoro Regional Academy. (LTAIS-Public Information, Publication, and Media Relations Division)
