October 2021, the Office of Member of Parliament Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph in partnership with the Hope Healthcare Training Institute Inc. headed by Zenaida Sanchez Naga conducted Skills Training for a total of (200) Internally Displaced Person (IDP) Out-of School youth in Lanao del Sur. Other organizational partners are the Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST), Colombo Plan Staff College for Technician Education (CPSC), German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI), and TUV Rheinland.
(200) Participants were able to undergone training on Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) and Soft Skills.
Participants are aspiring safety officers representing different barangays in Marawi City and Municipalities in Lanao del Sur, mostly from the Most Affected areas.
This is implemented under the Future Movers Program that aims to encourage and empower disadvantaged and vulnerable youth through up-skilling and right-skilling in-youth and out-of-school youth. This also aims to equip youth participants for the return in the Most Affected Areas

Future Movers Program is an initiative on building an inclusive and market-driven Vocational and Training (VET) ecosystem; and to increase employability and support empowerment among internally displaced person (IDPs), primarily the youth who are affected during the Marawi Siege in 2017.
“Naniniwala ako na ang programang ito ay siyang makakatulong sa mga youth IDP sa panibagong kakayahan na magagamit hindi lamang upang makakuha ng trabaho kundi pati narin sa pang araw araw na pamumuhay. Sapagkat ang training na ito may kaakibat pang Soft Skills.” (I believe that this program will benefit the Youth IDPs with the new skills that will be useful not only for their future work but also for their day-to-day life. Because this training will also include soft skills.)

Facilitators of the training also expressed their deep gratitude for the said program.
“Importanti itong matututunan ng mga bata kasi i-wo-word-ready naming sila for their future work in terms of making Curriculum Vitae and also how they communicate and work as a team. (These learnings will important to the participants because we will equip them for their future program such as how to make Curriculum Vitae and also how they communicate and work as a team), said by Rohaisa Banocag, Soft Skills Facilitator.
“Sana po tuloy tuloy ang programng ito. Dahil napaka laki ng matututunan ng mga IDPs. Hindi lamang ito sa kaligtasan at kapakanan ng Bangsamoro IDPs at mga manggagawa. Kundi para din ito sa pagiging epektibo, pradaktibo, at Kalidad ng isang Bangsamoro Citizen.” (Hope this program will be continuously implemented because this will fully equip the IDPs. This is to assess the new learnings and skills acquired by the participants and to test their capability as safety officers.
