The Office of Member of Parliament Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph commended (120) teachers, and ICT Consultants/Focal Persons from each Schools Division of Lanao del Sur I, Lanao del Sur II, and Marawi City during the Turn-over Ceremony of Siyap Ko Kapaganad Program on the 22nd Day of October 2021 at Ayala Resort Hotel, Marawi City.
(120) Teachers from Lanao del Sur I, Lanao del Sur II, and Marawi City received Plaque of Recognition for their exemplary commitment and contribution as Video Content Producers of Siyap Ko Kapaganad Program. Focal Person also received Plaque of Recognition.
Siyap Ko Kapaganad aims to provide accessible video Learning Materials, modules, and other related materials/information needed for Education Sector particularly from Kindergarten up to Senior High School. It is a partnership program of Member of Parliament Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph, Lanao del Sur I Schools Division headed by Dr. Sahanee Sumagayan, Lanao del Sur II Schools Division headed by Dr. Rubina Macabunar, and Marawi City Schools Division headed by Dr. Ana Zenaida Unte Alonto.
During the recognition day, testimonial speeches were delivered by representatives from each division.
“I am a teacher, and ALLAH made me a teacher to mold the Bangsamoro learners that is why I joined this program. Alhamdulillah, I made the right decision. Kahit minsan ilang beses akong nag-reretake ng videos. I really want to learn. And I really want my learners to learn more with my videos.”, said by Alibon M. Mangigin of Lanao del Sur II
“Siyap Ko Kapaganad Program can be likened to a vehicle that takes it’s passengers to their destination amidst unfavorable environment. As teachers, especially those within the umbrella of the MBHTE, we always hope and dream that No Bangsamoro Learner will be left Behind. Because of this pandemic, our commitment appears to be impossible. Fortunately, with the timely introduction and implementation of the Siyap Ko Kapaganad Program, we have been able to continue offering education to our Bangsamoro Learners.”, said by Jumana Balangi of Schools Division I

Part of the Program is the Awarding of “BEST CONTENT PRODUCERS” during the implementation of Siyap Ko Kapaganad Program.
In Lanao del Sur Division I, (3) school teachers were awarded as “Best Content Producers namely: Jumanah M. Balangi, Noralia A. Dicritan, and Junaisah A. Mangondato.
In Lanao del Sur Division II, (3) school teachers were awarded as “Best Content Producers namely: Hasmin S. Casan, Diana Amalhaya M. Balindong, and Nosaima U. Umpara.
In Marawi City Schools Division, (3) school teachers were awarded as “Best Content Producers namely: Rohaimah H. Gandamra, Abdulaida M. Hadji Cosain, and Jhalila M. Pandita
The event also highlighted the awarding of MP Maisara’s Choice Awardees namely: Saidatonnisah G. Macatampo, Alibon M. Mangigin, and Ansano D. Casim.
(2) Staffs of MP Atty. Maisara namely, Sahanee Panolong and Sharvanie Abubacar also received their Plaque of Recognition and awards for their untiring efforts as Focal Person and Website Manager during the implementation of Siyap Ko Kapaganad.
