MP Latiph interpolated that the latter law which is the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) contains already all the summary of laws applicable in the Indigenous People and all existing national laws including the IPRA law. We should instead commend BOL since it’s the latest law that was passed by the Congress. We also have the MIPA, the Ministry of Indigenous People’s Affair who are tasked to take care, promote and give programs in celebration to the Indigenous Peoples. They should be the one to work on the celebration of the Indigenous People.
