October 13, 2021 | The Office of MP Atty. Maisara Dandamun-Latiph attended and participated in the Session and Dialogue on Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) under the Creating Spaces to Take Action on VAWG and Forced Child Marriage by Al-Mujadila Development Foundation Inc. (AMDF), an organization for social development that is committed to promoting women’s rights, good governance, and peacebuilding towards a gender-fair, humane and sustainable communities.
The session aimed to orient participants on the economic situation of grassroots and legal and Islamic perspectives of Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE).
In attendance was the Office of Deputy Chief Minister, Office of MP Atty. Barra, Office of MP Atty. Anna Tarhara Basman, Office of MP Ramos, Office of MP Said Shiek, Office of MP Basit, and Marawi Rehabilitation Program.
