OCTOBER 12, 2021| The office of MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph in partnership with the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) Bangsamoro Sagip Kabuhayan (BSK) program distributed livelihood cash assistance to different individuals belong to vulnerable sectors in different Municipalities of Lanao del Sur.
One hundred and thirty-nine (139) beneficiaries of the BSK program received 15,000 PhP Livelihood Grants as additional or start-up capital for their selected commercial enterprises to improve their socio-economic conditions.
This is part of MP Maisara’s Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) project funded by the Bangsamoro Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Ahod Ibrahim, Al-Haj
MP Maisara said in a statement that “Ang TDIF o Transitional Development Impact Fund ay ibinahagi ng BARMM Government sa bawat myembro ng parliament kung saan kami po ay pinapili ng programang nais naming ipatupad at isa sa aking napili ay maghandog ng financial assistance kung saan ito ay derektang matatanggap ng ating mga kababayan. Sa pagnanais kung makatulong ng agaran, napansin ko sa menu na inihanda ng MSSD na mayroong financial assistance para sa mga mag-aaral ng elementarya, sekondarya, at kolehiyo, para sa mga orphans, solo parents, PWDs, at maghandog ng kapital na tinatawag na Bangsamoro Sagip Kabuhayan kaya naman ito ang aking napili na ihandog para sa lahat ng mga nangangailangan sa Lanao del Sur.”
Beneficiaries of the BSK program have gone through a rigorous assessment and validation process.
Safety and Health protocols for necessary mass gathering given by the IATF were followed in the conduct of the said program.
