The Bangsamoro Human Rights Commission issued a statement on the ruthless killing and subsequent burning of Nadia Casar.

Casar is an online seller who was allegedly kidnapped and killed by five policemen and two civilian cohorts in Nueva Ecija last July 20, 2021.

In a statement issued by BHRC, This act of violence is against human rights, a shameful neglect of women’s rights, and is an utter derogation and diminishment of the rule of law, not to mention the very fact that the same was committed by police officers.

Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Police General Guillermo Lorenzo T Eleazar, on Monday assured justice for the family.
