βοΈMP Maisara Dandamun-Latiph manifested that BARMM Region is the only region that has no hotline number. Therefore, for safety purposes, Parliament should fast track the approval of this resolution in the Committee on Rules.

During the period of interpellation and debate, the deliberation was deferred until copies of MMA Act 317 have been distributed to the members of the parliament.
