My warmest and heartfelt congratulations to the primary victors of this meaningful occasion, the completers and graduates of School Year 2019 – 2020.
This is probably one of the most unforgettable end of school year for a long time marked with uncertainties by the COVID-19 issues. This is supposed to be the time to celebrate your success but sometimes good things fall apart so better things can come together in Allah’s perfect time. Nevertheless, be happy and proud that you are still a graduate completing the requirements prescribed by the Ministry of Education. It may not have been that easy to reach this far, but you made it! Congratulations!
At this forward-looking chapter in your life, let us rejoice in the triumph of the labor and hardwork of your parents, your guardians, and your teachers who devotedly paved the path for you to outstretch your destiny. Let them serve as your inspiration to dream and strive not only for your own success, but more so for the progress of the entire Bangsamoro Region.
Remember, you are the hope of our land. The world has so much for you to discover, and most importantly, you have infinite chances to do so much for the world. It is therefore my good faith that even at your young age, you may set a goal to outdo the person that you are today, and see amidst cloudy situations the value of education as your constant ally in achieving such goal.
