The office of MP Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph in partnership with the Executive Director of THUMA Inc., Mrs. Khuzaima S. Maranda-Mangate, Bakwit Village leaders, Mr. Jamael Mamasaranao, Ustadh Samanoden Balindong and Ms. Nanayaon Gambao distributed assistance to the most in need constituents of the Municipality of Matungao to 130 households in total whose income drastically went down due to the current pandemic – COVID 19.
Each relief food pack contains 5 kilos of rice, assorted vegetables (pechay, eggplant, squash, potato, sitaw, cucumber, calamansi, tomato, onion and red bell pepper), 2 twin-pack cofee and 1 Swak bearbrand. Our office supports local business and promotes local products.
We would like to thank the Bakwit Village Leaders, THUMA Inc. and other volunteers who were there tirelessly to assist in the preparation and distribution of the relief goods. May Allah grant all our intentions and efforts. Ameen!
