50 YOUNG IDPs UNDERGONE COSH AND SOFT SKILL TRAINING

Fifty (50) young Internally Displaced Persons (IDP’s) participated in the launching of Future Movers program, training on Construction Occupational Safety And Health (COSH) and SOFT Skill implemented by HOPE Healthcare Training Institute, Inc. in partnership with the Office of MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph.

The COSH training is one of the compulsory training courses for all safety officers in the construction industry, while soft skills are combinations of interpersonal skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, attribute professionals, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence quotients that enable employees to find their way around their surroundings, working well with others, performing well, and achieving their goals.This training aims to equip young IDPs with the skills they need in their future career and their safe and dignified return to the Marawi most affected area. #MPMaisara#EmpoweringVoices
