2nd Bangsamoro Foundation Day Celebration: Culmination ProgramThe Office of MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph joins the 2nd Anniversary of Bangsamoro Foundation Day. The theme of our office celebration is “Celebrating the Gains of Peace Process and Bangsamoro People’s Right to Self-Determination.” This culmination activity commemorates the series of success of our office together with our partners coming from different Public and Private Schools, NGOs, PLGUs, LGUs and BLGUs aiming to serve the Bangsamoro people despite of the pandemic struggles and challenges that we have been facing today.
As MP Maisara’s stated, “Kalilimod ayi a aya mala-on na so Kapananadum – so pananadum ko Kiyatindug, so pananadum ko Kiya-ato, so Kiyasabar, so Kiyapantang, nago so Kiyatigr, o Bangsamoro. – So pananadum ko Kiyatagumpiya na aya mala na so pananadum ko Allah.” Also with the Kalilang (Celebration) performed by Pacalundo-Samporna performing group from Baloi, Lanao del Norte who will render Kambayok, Kulintang, and Musical performances as part of the program.
During the celebration, present were President Habib W. Macaayong of MSU-Main, First Lady Famila Macaayong his wife, SDS Dr. Rubina M. Macabunar Lanao del Sur 2 Division, ASDS Dr. Gloria Galo of Marawi City Division, Executive Assistant Jalilah S. HadjiSapiin, General Manager Baeshora Sabdullah of DXSO Radio Philipinas Marawi and Board Member Jamil Faisal “Jeff” S. Adiong of the Province of Lanao del Sur and the Community leaders and Partners who are recognized by our office.
If we could still remember, MP Atty. Maisara C. Dandamun-Latiph was the one who proposed the amendment regarding the Bangsamoro Foundation Day during the passage of Bangsamoro Administrative Code that will fall on January 21 yearly and was then approved by the BTA Parliament.
The said program has a talkshow segment with Atty. Alexine, as a moderator and Atty. Jabbar together with MP Atty. Maisara talking about the Bangsamoro peace process and the importance of celebration of the Bangsamoro Foundation Day. Some participants and guests raised their questions about BCOBAR and the Kambalingan program.
