The call for submissions for the Ten Outstanding Stewards of Environment (TOSE) begins today and is open to all Municipal and Provincial Government Units in the BARMM.
Eight Municipal Local Government Units and two Provincial Local Government Units with the most qualified TOSE materials will receive PHP100,000 each.

Deadline of submission of entries will be on November 18, 2021. Announcement of TOSE awardees will be on December 10, 2021.
